Frequently asked questions
Can I mix different faces in the Buy 2, Get 1 Free deal?
Yes! Add any 3 masks to your cart – the same face or 3 different ones – and one of them is free. The discount is applied automatically in your cart, no code needed.
Does it fit under a ski helmet?
Yes. It's a thin, stretchy balaclava that layers under most ski and snowboard helmets and sits flat behind your goggles.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping is free. Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days and typically arrive within 7–14 business days. You'll get a shipping confirmation email once your order is on its way.
How do I wash it?
Hand wash in cold water with a mild detergent and let it air dry. Don't tumble dry or iron it, so the print stays sharp.
What is your return policy?
You can return your order within 14 days of delivery. Contact us through our Contact page first and we'll send you the return instructions. Damaged or wrong item? Send us a photo and we'll send a replacement or refund you. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
